Support Services for CFA Members

It's important that CFA volunteers, employees and their families manage their mental health in the same way as they manage their physical health. If you, your partner or loved one is experiencing difficulties, it's important that they get help early, so it doesn't develop into a more serious mental illness.

There may be times when you have concerns about your mental health and think that you may be experiencing some of the symptoms of a mental health issue, e.g. depression or anxiety. It is important that you take steps to care for yourself to help maintain your mental health.

CFA has a range of wellbeing support services that are free, confidential and available to all volunteers, employees and their immediate family members.
